KCLSU

This safeguarding training is for volunteers taking part in a KCLSU society/sports club Widening Participation or Volunteering Project.

If you are volunteering with either young people under the age of 18, or with vulnerable adults, then you must attend one of our Safeguarding Training sessions before you begin your volunteering.Please sign up to one of the available dates. If no dates are currently available, then do not worry, more sessions will be running throughout the academic year.You will also need to complete a DBS check before you begin your volunteering. <a href="https://www.kclsu.org/change/volunteering/dbs/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Please see our websit</a>e for more information on DBS checks.To attend this event please register and you will receive a link to a Teams meeting via email.Please note that this session is only for students taking part in a volunteering project on behalf of a Student Activity Group. This is not an accredited training. It is intended to inform Kings&#x27; student on the KCLSU&#x27;s process, procedure and guidance on working with under 18 year old&#x27;s and vulnerable adults.
